Think Free Live Free - by Dr George Rechnitzer
Now available on Amazon Kindle!
In an age of constant noise, mixed messages, and information shaped to influence rather than inform, Think Free, Live Free is your guide to reclaiming clarity, integrity, and independent thought.
Drawing on decades of forensic investigation, critical analysis, and deep philosophical reflection, Dr George Rechnitzer reveals how subtle forces—from media narratives to social pressure—shape what we believe. More importantly, he shows how to rise above them with disciplined reasoning, evidence-based thinking, and grounded personal values.
You’ll learn how to recognise bias, evaluate claims with confidence, and make choices rooted in principle rather than persuasion. These practical tools empower anyone who values truth, wisdom, and self-determination in a time of uncertainty and overwhelm.
Prepared and refined posthumously by his family, Think Free, Live Free preserves Dr Rechnitzer’s lifelong commitment to intellectual honesty and personal freedom. It is both a guide to clear thinking and a companion for living with purpose, resilience, and insight.

Dr George Rechnitzer (1948 - 2023)
Dr George Rechnitzer was a professional structural engineer who transitioned to the road safety field, becoming an internationally recognised researcher with major life–saving contributions to that arena. He then became an expert forensic consultant, providing expert evidence for hundreds of litigation cases in Australia since 1989 and over 30 cases in the USA from 1995 to 2008. He provided expert evidence in major courts in both countries, developing exceptional skills in analysing complex information and detecting flawed reasoning – skills that became the foundation for this book.
George passed away in November 2023 before his book was published. His son, Jared, carries forward this book as George's contribution to preserving intellectual freedom for all who seek to think independently and live freely.
About This Book
This completed book represents the final evolution of a work my father devoted the last 10 or so years of his life to – a meditation on truth, conscience, and freedom of thought.
Originally titled “Freedom’s Cry To You”, the manuscript stood as both a warning and a declaration. His words carried urgency and conviction, yet beneath them ran something quieter and more enduring: a faith in the human capacity for reason, compassion, and integrity.
He passed away in 2023, unable to fully complete the work. In preparing this edition, I sought only to refine his message – bringing clarity to structure, rhythm, and expression while keeping his voice and intent true. Now titled “The Free Thinker’s Armoury”, this edition preserves his original ideas in a form that allows new readers to engage with them as he intended: calmly, honestly, and deeply.
I have also added “Action Steps” in each chapter, so that you can immediately begin putting what you’re learning into practice.
I offer this work not as a revision, but as a continuation – a bridge between generations.
I am so very grateful that he has left this as part of his legacy to not just his own family, but the generations who will follow.
May it serve those who wish to think for themselves, question with humility, and live with integrity in an age that increasingly challenges both freedom and truth.
